Returns You have 14 days from receipt of your item to request a return. Items must be in original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. Personalized items, digital products (including music), sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, contact us at YourWorldLife@YourWorldLife.store. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and immediately contact us if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can address the issue.
Exchanges To exchange an item, first return your original purchase following our return policy, then place a new order separately.
Refunds After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about your refund approval. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary based on your financial institution.
